When you purchase from us, you can be guaranteed the condition of your purchase as well as that it arrives safe and on-time.
Our store also has cards listed on behalf of long time collectors looking to move some of their cards. If there is any particular card you need, please send us a message and we can get in touch with them to see if they have it.
PAYMENT POLICY
We accept paypal only at this stage. All payments must be made within 72 hours, unless prior arrangements have been made. If payment is not received for item(s) on time, we reserve the right to relist the item.
REFUND POLICY
We will offer a full refund for wrongly sent item(s) and defective item(s) that did not mention defects in description or were not visible on the scans of the item listing. The item(s) must be returned within 14 days.
If it is our fault we will pay for return shipping.
Alternatively we will offer a replacement if available.
SHIPPING AND FREIGHT POLICY
All orders are shipped via Australia Post. If a package is damaged during transit, you should not accept the package without appropriate documentation of damage. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping.
