Break Rules:
- There will be 16 spots available. Two teams per spot. This is a 50-50 DRAFT RANDOM. Draft order and random teams determined via random.org.
- Once the top 16 teams are drafed the remaining 16 teams will be randomed and you will get a chance to trade teams.
